Now this may seem weird, but it works. Some years ago when my wife was breastfeeding I had one of my regular springtime hay fever attacks. My wife expressed a little breast milk into an eye-dropper, and I squirted it into my nostrils. Bingo - rapid relief. Maybe something to do with coating the sensitive parts of the nose? After my wife stopped breast feeding, I switched to goat's milk. Not as effective as the human kind, but not bad, especially if the milk is fresh (we milked our own goats for some years).
