New years eve..pollen count low but asthma
New years eve..pollen count low but asthma
Feeling pretty wretched with asthma and bad rhinitis. Pollen count is low and I have tested negative for mould allergies so I am confused.

Thanks for your repsonse Ed, Sorry not to reply earlier just got back here.
I am in Sydney.
Still not in good shape, asthmatic, relying on puffers more than I wish.
I am taking two different antihistamine meds plus seretide 2x day and am still getting asthma and using a puffer a few times a day cause I really need to.
I don't get it.
No hayfever though.

Looking at your past posts Bookishfred it seems you asthma isn't triggered by grass pollen so our counts, which are of grass pollen, may not be helping you manage your condition. Hopefully other aspects of our service are useful to you. Do you know your allergies?

You should try hot steam bath
It's really good for your nose
I hope you're better now.
